Mathay, Jr., to enter into a contract of sale, for and in behalf of the Quezon City government, in favor of Mr. Restituto Bernales over a one hundred eighteen square meter and ninety-two square decimeter (118.92 sq.m) Real State Property which is a portion of a parcel of land with an area of nine thousand nine hundred thirty (9,930) square meters identified as Blk, LCH 55, PSD-10783, situated at Umbel Street, Barangay Roxas, Quezon City, registered in the name of the Quezon City government and technically described under Transfer Certificate of Title No. 104491 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, at a price to be determined by the Quezon City Appraisal Committee.See more
