Real Estate property which is a portion of a parcel of land with an area of nine thousand nine hundred thirty (9,930) square meters, identified as Lot 2, Blk, LCH 55, PSD-10783, situated at Umbel Street, Barangay Roxas, Quezon City, registered in the name of the Quezon City government covered by Transfer of Certificate of Title No. 104491, of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, at a price to be determined by the Quezon City Appraisal Committee.See more
