QC Resolution

A resolution commending Mansueto "Onyok" Velaso, Jr., Philippine entry in boxing light flyweight division, to the Olympic Games held in Atlanta, Georgia, United States of America, where he won the Philippines' second silver medal in thirty two years and for displaying exemplary conduct and sportsmanship to the honor and glory of the Filipino people.
