An act converting the Central Visayas Polytechnic College (CVCP) into a State University to be known as the Negros Oriental State University (NORSU), integrating there with the Genaro Goni Memorial College in the City of Bais, The Station Community College in Municipality of Siation, and the Mabinay, all located in province of Negros Oriental and appropriating funds therefor.See more
