Lamson covered by transfer certificates of title numbered RT-113151 (133976) and RT-113152 (133977) of the registry of deeds of Quezon city, containing an aggregate area of eight hundred nine (809) square meters, located at lot 8 block 10 and lot 9 block 3, Don Damaso St, Don Antonio Subdivision, Barangay Holy Spirit, Quezon city, Metro manila as applied for by its Hoa President, Ms. Maria Luisa L.
