A resolution requesting and authorizing the City Mayor to negotiate with the landowners for the acquisition of that parcels of land covered by TCT No. 13001 with and area of 1,259 square meters and TCT No. 194361 with an area of 759 square meters with a total land area of 2,018 square meters, located at Lizardo St.,. 20th Avenue, Barangay Dioquino Zobel, District III, Quezon City, through the Community Mortgage Program or other schemes available for the eventual sale or award to the occupants and qualified residents therein or to such other beneficiaries approved by the Quezon City government and reserving five hundred (500) square meters for the barangay hall.See more
