A resolution allocating Thirty Thousand Pesos (P30,000.00) from the grants, aids and subsidies of the Office of the City Mayor or any available funds of the City Treasury as financial assistance to Gerald Manalansan, a member of Junior Police Enforcer, who was a victim of pill box explosion last August 8, 1994 while manning a traffic outpost located along Carlos Garcia Avenue near the corner of Katipunan Avenue, U.P. Campus, this city, and extending to the latter the highest of commendations for his unwavering commitment to his assigned responsibility that had inadvertently brought him physical harm.See more
