A resolution recognizing the efforts of the Mabuhay Lions Club of Los Angeles, District 4-L3, California, U.S.A. and extending the grateful appreciation and gratitude of the Quezon City Government, Philippines for the Club's Eye Medical Missions to the Philippines as sponsor of the "Libreng Operasyon ng Catarata" June 22-25, 1994 at Quezon City General Hospital in conjunction with the Lions Club International Sight First Program.
