A resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Herbert M. Bautista, to allocate an amount of twelve million eight hundred thousand pesos (PHP12,800.000.00), to be taken from the lump sum fund of the office of the City Mayor, for the acquisition of a parcel of land identified as lot 161-New-C-3, , (LRC) {SD-2110, covered by transfer certificate of title No. RT-82664 (35519) , registered under the name of spouses Precita and Eleazar Biglang-awa, containing an area of four thousand (4,000) square meters more or less, situated along Pasacola Street, (SB Diversion Road), Barangay Nagkaisang Nayon, Novaliches, Quezon City, purposely to be developed into socialized housing project.See more
