Mathay, Jr., to enter into an agreement with Arugaan, Philippine Medical Women's Association and such other organizations for the establishment and immediate operation of a Filipino version of a Nursery-at-Workplace to be called "ARUGAAN" (nurture, to care) for infants ages 2 months and 2 1/2 years old of the City Government Employees and nearby agencies.See more
