A resolution ratifying the Contract to Sell made and executed on April 6, 1990 by and between the Quezon City government, as vendor, represented by its city government, as vendor, represented by its City Mayor, Honorable Bridigo R. Simon, Jr., and Ruth M. Pedrosa, Atty-In-Fact for Rebecca, Zosimo, David and Deogracias, all surnamed Pedrosa, as vendeess, and entered on the same date in the notarial register of Atty. Christian B. Valencia as Doc. No. 362, Page No. 54, Book No. VIII, Series of 1990, under which contract the Quezon City government, vendor, sells a parcel of land with an area of two hundred seventy two (272) square meters, situated at Kamuning Road, Quezon City, and covered by TCT No. 355243, in favor of the aforenamed vendees, the sale being approved by the President of the Philippines on August 12, 1991 pursuant to Section 25 of PB No. 526, all such documents are attached herewith and made as integral parts hereof.See more
