Public Laws No. 3997

An Act creating a "National Radio Broadcasting Fund" out of annual registration fees on radio receiving sets, and providing for the promotion and development of radio broadcasting in the Phil. Islands and for the extension of the benefits thereof to the people in all municipalities and barrios.
