An act declaring the barrios of San Mondesto, San Narciso, San Eugenio, San Anastasio and part of the Barrio of San Jose, now a part of the municipality of San Nicolas, the barrios of San Roque, San Hipolito and a part of San Jose, now a part of municipality of Tayug, and the Sitio of Antolin, now a part of the municipality of San Quintin, all of the province of Pangasinan, to be a new municipality  of under the name of Natividad.

Act No. 371
