An Ordinance establishing guidelines for the creation of a barangay health management council (BHMC) to be observed by every barangay within the territorial jurisdiction of Quezon City , for the purpose of expediting the effective implementation of priority health programs such as , but not limited to , maternal and child health care, nutrition , tuberculosis prevention , family planning dengue prevention , ederly care , oral health care , voluntary blood service program , and rabies prevention.See more
