A resolution ratifying the Deed of Usufruct entered into by and between the Quezon City Mayor, Honorable Herbert M. Bautista and the Bureau of Jail Management and penology, represented by JCSUPT. Serafin P. Barreto, JR., Ceso VI, for the use of twenty five (24,225) square meters portion of the property owned by the City Government covered by TCT No. 004-201007454 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City as the New Site for construction and development of the new Quezon City Jail located at Barangay Payatas, Quezon City.See more
