A resolution enjoining the District Director of the Central Police District Command (CPDC) to direct all investigating policemen assigned in every police station in Quezon City to turn over the investigating/police reports and other similar documents in their possession/custody to their substitute police officer/investigator who shall take over their post or the next shift before leaving the office or before they take their off-duty.See more
