Bautista to enter into a memorandum of agreement with Petron Corporation, in connection with the supply of fuel, lubricants and other services through electronic fleet card for the use of the Quezon City Government - owned motor vehicles and equipment, and to authorize the Honorable City Mayor, Herbert M.
