A Resolution strongly urging the Department of Education (DEPED), Commission on Higher Education (CHED), Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), the Schools Division Office of Quezon City (SDO-QC), all Private and Public School officials, Quezon City Gender and Development Council, Local School Board and the Quezon City Council for the protection of Children (QCCPC) to ensure the immediate establishment of the Committee on Decorum and Investigation (C)D) which shall address Gender-based Sexual Harassment and Online Sexual Harassment pursuant to Republic Act No. 11313, entitled "An Act Defining Gender-Based Sexual Harassment in Streets, Public Spaces, Online, Workplaces, and Educational or Training Institutions, providing protective measures and prescribing penalties therefor", otherwise known as the 'Safe Spaces Act".See more
