of the Philippines, led by Director Antonio Santos, in 
partnership with the Provincial Government of Benguet and the City Government of Baguio, conducted a 
3-day National Conference of Public Librarians with 
the theme: Legislative Agenda: Towards A National 
Development Plan for Public Librarians” with Hon. Mauricio G. 
Domogan, Batuio City Mayor, as 
the Keynote Speaker.
