Belmonte, Jr., to grant financial assistance to the family of the late Barangay Public Security Officer (BPSO) Alex Bersamin of Barangay Holy Spirit, Quezon City, in the amount of Forty Thousand Pesos (P40,000.00) to be taken from the appropriation for grants, subsidies and contributions of the Office of the City Mayor or from any available funds of the City Treasury.
