Resolution No. SP- 2004

A resolution urging the Honorable City Mayor of Quezon City, to negotiate for the eventual turn-over to the City Government of Lot 7, Block 8 (LRC) PSD-5235, an open space of Dona Nicasia Subdivision located at Barangay Payatas, registered in the name of Gonzalo Puyat and Sons, Inc., who are willing to donate to the City government the street lots and open space of their subdivision under their letter of June 8, 1982 and March 7, 1983, and to dispose the same to the actual and bonafide occupants/members of the Samahang Bisig ng Mangkakapitbahay, (SABIMAG), for Socialized Housing thru the Community Mortgage Program (CMP).See more
