Mathay Jr., City Mayor of Quezon City to negotiate for the acquisition of the parcel of lands under TCT nos., RT-111283 and RT-111284 containing more or less Five Thousand square meters (5,000 sq. ms.) respectively issued by the Register of Deeds of Quezon City in the name of Development Bank of the Philippines located at Barangay Nagkaisang Nayon, District II, Quezon City to be awarded and distributed to qualified members of the Nagkaisang Bigkis Lakas ng Pasacola Homeowners, Association, Inc., (NABIGLA PO HOA) represented by its President Cipriano M.
