A resolution commending the athletes of the Philippine sports contingent to the 20th Southeast Asian games held at Bandar Seri Begawan, particularly the resident-athletes of Quezon City who are among the winners of the nineteen (19) gold medals from different sporting events and for exhibiting exemplary high esteemed sportsmanship to the honor to the Filipino people.
