Crispino, a resident of 12 Balayan Street, Bago Bantay, Quezon City as vendee of a portion of land described as Lot 39, Block 55 consisting of fifteen square meters and thirty six square decimeters (15.36 sq.m.) covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered 265220 located at Bago Bantay, Quezon City.See more
